Can I edit or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we can’t always make changes once they’re submitted. If you need help, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.

What payment options does Drunk Angel offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. For added flexibility, you can also choose installment options at checkout when available.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways, and we never store your card details. Your information is safe with us from start to finish.

Why was my payment declined?

It could be a mismatch in billing details, insufficient funds, or a temporary hold from your bank. Try double-checking your info or using another card. If the issue continues, contact your bank or email our support team.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one code can be applied per order. If you have multiple offers, we recommend using the one that gives you the best value.

Will I be charged right away?

Yes. Your card or account will be charged as soon as your order is placed and confirmed.

Will I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes. A detailed receipt will be included in your confirmation email, and you can also view it anytime through your account.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my Drunk Angel jewelry?

Most in-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery across the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Does Drunk Angel offer expedited shipping?

Yes. You can select an expedited option at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping times and rates will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Does Drunk Angel ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary by country, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your tracking shows a delay or the package hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it and make things right.

How can I track my Drunk Angel order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can check your package status anytime using that link or by logging into your account.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Once it’s on its way, changes may not be possible, so please double-check your details before checkout.

Does Drunk Angel offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be shown at checkout.

How is my Drunk Angel jewelry packaged?

Your jewelry comes in our signature box, securely cushioned and beautifully wrapped. We take every step to make sure it reaches you safely, without a single scratch.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom pieces can’t be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and we’ll email you once it’s completed.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color when available. If the new piece costs more, you’ll simply pay the difference.

How will I know when you’ve received my return?

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return package reaches our warehouse. We’ll follow up again once your refund or exchange has been processed.

How do I start a return?

Simply contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a return label if applicable.

What materials does Drunk Angel use?

Our jewelry is crafted from premium materials, including:

How should I clean my jewelry at home?

Use a soft polishing cloth or a gentle mix of warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners, especially for delicate stones. Always dry your jewelry completely before storing it.

What does “vermeil” mean?

Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) refers to a thick layer of real 18KT gold plated over solid 925 sterling silver. It’s higher quality than standard gold plating and gives your piece a rich, long-lasting finish.

Are Drunk Angel gemstones real?

Yes. We use genuine, ethically sourced gemstones, each one hand-selected for its natural color, clarity, and character. Small variations are part of what make every piece unique.

How thick is the gold layer on your vermeil pieces?

Our vermeil jewelry is plated with a layer of 18KT gold that’s at least 2.5 microns thick, meeting the official U.S. standard for high-quality vermeil. This ensures a rich tone and lasting wear.

Are Drunk Angel materials ethically sourced?

Yes. We work only with trusted suppliers who meet responsible sourcing standards. Every gemstone and metal we use is traceable and obtained with respect for both people and the planet.

Warranty & Repairs

Does Drunk Angel offer a warranty on Drunk Angel jewelry?

Yes. Every piece comes with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. We stand by the quality of our jewelry and will repair or replace any item that meets our warranty terms.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers issues related to craftsmanship, such as loose stones, broken clasps, or faulty soldering. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.

How can I request a repair under warranty?

Please contact our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back for inspection.
